I manage and maintain the LAIM Hotels website as part of my IT Support responsibilities. My role involves keeping website information current, supporting website operations and resolving technical issues affecting the site's availability and functionality.

The system provides functionality for product management, stock movement, sales, customers, suppliers, reporting, receipts, low-stock monitoring, user management and data backup.
Product records, categories, stock levels and inventory monitoring.

Website Availability Issue
A real website support issue encountered while managing the LAIM Hotels website.

The website became unavailable as a result of a hosting-related issue.

I investigated the website and hosting environment to identify the source of the availability problem.
